Product quality is the foundation of our company's development. Apart from strictly controlling product quality during the production process, we also conduct quality tests on the final products to ensure their normal operation in various installation positions, usage frequencies, and complex environments. PCsemic (Full name: Chongqing Pingchuang Institute of Semiconductors Co., Ltd.) always adheres to the principle of "customer-centricity" and strictly controls the quality of product delivery. We not only invest heavily in product research and development but also establish multiple sophisticated power device laboratories. This time, we will focus on introducing PCsemic's reliability laboratory.

At present, PCsemic's reliability test lab is mainly based on MIL-STD, JEDEC, AQG324. IEC and other standards for testing, and can provide a test environment in line with the vehicle-grade AEC Q101 for discrete devices and the vehicle-grade AQG324 for power modules, which effectively assists the R&D and production in checking the quality of the products and iteratively upgrading the products to ensure the consistency and reliability of the products and reduce the quality risk concerns of the customers. PCsemic has high-quality reliability verification capabilities. The test equipment includes: chip reliability related equipment (HTRB/HTGB) , package reliability related equipment (H3TRB/TC/IOL/PTC/HTSL/LTSL /ESD/HAST/PC) , etc. According to the customer's needs, PCT can flexibly turn on different test conditions, and realise all-round comprehensive validation of the important performance parameters of power devices.


In addition to the guarantee of laboratory equipment capacity, PCT has also established a capable test team, led by a PhD, and staffed by undergraduates and above, with many years of experience in power device testing, which can conduct simulation test analysis according to the structural characteristics of the product to improve the accuracy and reliability of the product test, and also provide customers with a full range of customised reliability test services. We are also able to provide customers with a full range of customised reliability testing services.
