Acceptance Criteria

Sustained Energy Density: The battery system must provide enough watt-hours to support at least 3-5 hours of intermittent heavy breaking work on a single charge.
Silent & Green Operation: The device must operate at low noise levels (below 60dB) to comply with Malaysian urban noise control regulations during nighttime or early morning emergency repairs.
