PG3600 Powering Electric Demolition Hammers in Malaysia

Time:2026-05-09

As a municipal maintenance contractor operating in urban and suburban areas of Malaysia, I want to utilize the PG3600 portable power station to run high-power electric demolition hammers for road repairs and concrete breaking, so that my team can execute rapid response tasks in locations where grid access is unavailable or where traditional diesel generators are too noisy for residential neighborhoods.

Acceptance Criteria

High Surge Capacity: The PG3600 must handle the high starting current (surge power) of industrial-grade electric demolition hammers (1500W-2500W) without tripping the circuit breaker.

Stable Pure Sine Wave: The power output must be a pure sine wave to protect the electric motors of the hammers from overheating and premature wear.

Moisture & Humidity Resistance: Given Malaysia's tropical climate, the unit must feature high-quality sealing and internal moisture protection to ensure safe operation in high-humidity environments.

Sustained Energy Density: The battery system must provide enough watt-hours to support at least 3-5 hours of intermittent heavy breaking work on a single charge.

Silent & Green Operation: The device must operate at low noise levels (below 60dB) to comply with Malaysian urban noise control regulations during nighttime or early morning emergency repairs.
